Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI evaluation frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional working groups on bias mitigation and algorithmic transparency
- Develop predictive models for AI societal impact assessments
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies on next-generation AI policy standards
- Author white papers on quantum ethics and neuromorphic computing implications
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI deployment protocols
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT)
- Expertise in cross-cultural ethical frameworks and global AI governance
- Proficiency in Python with experience in fairness libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 AI ethics committees or regulatory bodies
- Strong background in explainable AI (XAI) and causal inference methods
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into engineering requirements
