Responsibilities

- Develop bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for generative AI models
- Author white papers and technical documentation on AI governance frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python with experience in fairness libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Track record of influencing industry standards through technical advocacy
- Experience with policy development in tech or regulatory environments
