Qualifications

- Expertise in bias detection methods and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience developing corporate ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
