Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and impact assessments for all AI products
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Establish governance protocols for AI training data and deployment pipelines
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in industry forums and regulatory discussions
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Create transparency reports and stakeholder communications about AI ethics practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Proven experience designing AI ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and upcoming 2026 regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification)
- Experience with generative AI deployment ethics and LLM governance
