Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI/ML with direct experience in bias mitigation or fairness metrics
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with adversarial machine learning and robustness testing
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI (peer-reviewed journals)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification)
