As a key architect of our ethical AI roadmap, you'll collaborate with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists to develop governance protocols for generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous decision-making systems. This role combines technical acumen with strategic foresight to prepare for the ethical challenges of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for high-stakes AI applications in healthcare, finance, and transportation
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for machine learning pipelines
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI development
- Establish transparency requirements for algorithmic decision-making systems
- Create audit protocols for AI model fairness and accountability
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias detection/quantification methodologies
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Experience with model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME, Counterfactuals)
- Strong background in policy analysis and regulatory engagement
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
