Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias and fairness
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Design scalable explainability protocols for high-stakes AI systems
- Present findings to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Establish industry partnerships to promote responsible AI adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong technical background with experience in ML model validation
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and public speaking skills
