Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026-generation autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits across quantum machine learning models using proprietary Nexus Analytics
- Develop compliance protocols for EU AI Act and emerging global regulations
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards with engineering, legal, and social science teams
- Author real-time ethics monitoring dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with policymakers to shape future AI legislation through Nexus' advocacy initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Deep familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of implementing ethics-by-design in production AI systems
- Advanced certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
