Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to define ethical boundaries for emerging technologies
- Author position papers on AI policy and regulatory compliance trends
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Monitor global AI ethics landscape and report on emerging risks
- Establish metrics for measuring AI fairness, transparency, and accountability
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Proven experience in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation for machine learning systems
- Strong background in policy development with regulatory bodies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology journals
- Familiarity with quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIE)
