Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Advise product teams on value-aligned design principles for 2026-era interfaces
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, academia, and industry partners
- Design real-time ethical monitoring systems for deployed AI infrastructures
- Contribute to ISO/IEEE 7000 standards for ethical AI lifecycle management
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging global AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of bias mitigation in large-scale ML systems (LLMs, autonomous systems)
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT, NeurIPS workshops)
- Experience with participatory design methodologies and inclusive stakeholder engagement
- Strong background in cognitive science and human-AI interaction principles
- Familiarity with quantum computing implications for ethical AI design
