Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural architectures designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our proprietary AI models using advanced techniques in reinforcement learning and edge computing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on Human-Robot Interaction (HRI) and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
- Prototype Development: Translate theoretical research into functional prototypes, moving rapidly from concept to cloud deployment.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, product managers, and ethicists to ensure responsible AI development.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Computational Linguistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record working with Generative AI, Transformers, or Computer Vision technologies.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges with innovative technical solutions and a strategic mindset.
