Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance 2D interactive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Utilize the Canvas API and SVG to create complex, animated graphics and visualizations.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize rendering performance for complex 2D scenes and ensure smooth 60fps animations.
- Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve scalability and maintainability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adhere to WCAG accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on 2D graphics.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax, asynchronous programming, and closures.
- Deep understanding of the HTML5 Canvas API and SVG manipulation.
- Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or D3.js.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
