Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end logistics strategies for stadium operations, team accommodations, and fan zones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 11 host cities to synchronize transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with global suppliers for equipment and materials
- Oversee real-time logistics tracking systems and contingency planning for weather/security disruptions
- Lead budget allocation and cost optimization for $1B+ operational expenditure
- Ensure FIFA compliance and sustainability standards across all logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in high-volume logistics with 3+ years in major sporting/event management
- Proven expertise in international freight coordination and customs clearance
- Advanced proficiency in logistics platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Experience managing multi-location operations with 500+ stakeholders
- FLMI/CLTD certification or equivalent logistics accreditation
- Fluency in English and Spanish (French beneficial)
