As the Architect of the 2026 Vision, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and low-level implementation, ensuring our systems are scalable, resilient, and future-proof. You will work closely with C-level executives and engineering teams to drive innovation that sets industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Architect the core technical vision for the company's next major evolution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design & Scalability: Design robust, distributed systems capable of handling exponential data growth and high-velocity traffic.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Neuromorphic Computing) into our existing stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineering teams, set coding standards, and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure quality and security.
- Crisis Management: Lead architectural decisions during system outages or major deployments to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless computing.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: A passion for emerging technologies and a history of implementing innovative solutions to legacy problems.
