Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Drive innovation through our proprietary 'Futurecasting' methodology
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor emerging talent in our 'Visionary Accelerator' program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Global network of technology influencers and researchers
