Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and investors
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Build and lead a specialized futurist research team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3.0
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investor audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology impact assessments and innovation frameworks
