Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovation cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic technology forecasts to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives in AI ethics and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and quantum computing pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparedness
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Expertise in converging technologies: quantum-AI-bio interfaces
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight (APF or equivalent)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal partnerships
