Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting initiatives to identify disruptive trends for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) into business operations
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through data-driven scenario planning
- Establish innovation frameworks to evaluate and prioritize emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting our industry
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Strong background in strategic planning with C-suite presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Experience building technology adoption curves and maturity models
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CFIP) preferred
