Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology horizons including quantum-integrated AI systems and carbon-negative computing
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and human-AI symbiosis protocols
- Architect ethical guidelines for neuro-interfaces and synthetic biology integration
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to embed 2026-ready technologies into enterprise roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technology convergence
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and technologists through rapid innovation cycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies with 10+ years of applied research
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies reaching >$100M ARR
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for sustainable tech deployment
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in exponential technology domains
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/private innovation grants
