Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for AI integration and quantum adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis
- Author quarterly 'Future State' briefings for industry publication
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
