Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy with 5+ years in foresight roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or biometric systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Expertise in ISO 42001 and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Proficiency in predictive modeling using Bayesian networks
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
