Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps spanning 2025-2030 with emphasis on AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (metaverse, biotech, climate tech) to inform corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Design governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and digital sovereignty protocols
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with 2030 sustainability goals
- Present foresight reports to stakeholders including investors, regulators, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D initiatives in Fortune 500 or startup environments
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
