- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Oversee patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
- Guide organizational culture of experimental innovation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist/innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, climate-tech, neuro-interfaces, Web3
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
