- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Mentor R&D teams in future-proofing product development
- Author quarterly foresight reports for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, TechScape analysis)
- Exceptional data visualization skills using advanced analytics tools
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and innovation hotspots
- Experience presenting at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment (e.g., APF, Foresight Professionals)
