Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology horizons across AI, quantum, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Develop and present future scenario analyses to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with market projections
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Identify emerging technologies with potential for $1B+ market disruption
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of delivering strategic foresight to executive audiences
