Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or future forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Track record of scaling tech innovations to commercial deployment
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong network with DARPA, IEEE, or similar organizations
