Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with MIT-caliber engineers and futurists
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Design sustainable tech frameworks addressing climate resilience and digital equity
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions through proprietary trend analysis systems
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent expertise)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years post-2020 innovation leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to enterprise level
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for quantum/neural technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and exponential technology growth
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions affecting 1M+ users
