Responsibilities
- Architect and lead 2026-focused R&D initiatives in emerging technologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems implementation
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers
- Secure and manage innovation grants totaling $5M+ annually
- Present findings at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech trend forecasts (IDC, Gartner)
- Portfolio of commercialized tech innovations
