Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems integrating 2026-era technologies including quantum-AI hybrids and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototypes for next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Research and implement sustainable tech solutions addressing 2026 climate challenges
- Design ethical AI frameworks ensuring alignment with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with proven experience in emerging tech fields
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or advanced AI architectures
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies (2019-2023)
- Track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends per Gartner Hype Cycle analysis
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit or Microsoft Azure Quantum)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance modeling)
