As the 2026 Sustainability Innovation Lead, you'll lead cross-functional teams to develop groundbreaking eco-technologies while maintaining rigorous sustainability standards. You'll work closely with C-suite executives to align our innovation roadmap with global climate goals and market demands.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 sustainability innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D for carbon capture, circular economy, and renewable energy solutions
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify emerging green technologies for acquisition
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders including investors and regulatory bodies
- Drive adoption of AI-driven sustainability analytics across all business units
- Mentor a diverse team of sustainability engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability or green technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling eco-innovation from concept to market
- Expertise in ESG frameworks and climate impact assessment methodologies
- Strong background in circular economy principles and lifecycle analysis
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, policy, and finance
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Sustainable Innovation Management (SIM) preferred
