Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term technical vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Innovation & R&D: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Readiness) relevant to the 2026 era.
- Architecture & Scalability: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures that support rapid growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on technical decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives for the year 2026 or future-forward technology ecosystems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
