Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for next-gen human-AI interaction systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping immersive experiences using AR/VR/XR technologies
- Drive research in neural interfaces and brain-computer integration
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging quantum-computing applications
- Collaborate with academic partners on DARPA-funded future-tech initiatives
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ unicorn-scale innovations)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Human Factors/AI Ethics
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neuromorphic systems
- Published research in ACM/IEEE on human-computer interaction
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from DARPA/NIH/NASA
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for future tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
