Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2018-2023)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite and technical teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published work on disruptive technology trends
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
