Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR) and future-tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
- Experience scaling teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
