Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual innovation budget allocation
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough solutions
- Oversee partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, bio-integration, or climate tech
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or Business
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
