Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership with proven track record in Fortune 500 tech or biotech
- Expertise in future-scanning methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution with focus on emerging technologies
- Published research in disruptive innovation (AI/quantum/biotech fields)
- Experience managing >$50M innovation budgets with 30%+ ROI
