Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, policy, and social domains to identify opportunities/disruptions for 2026
- Develop and validate scenario models using quantitative data and qualitative research methodologies
- Design and facilitate strategic planning workshops for executive teams and industry partners
- Produce actionable whitepapers and predictive frameworks for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-centered design
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and technological breakthroughs affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 or tech startups
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Published author or recognized speaker at global futurism conferences (e.g., WFSF, Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
