Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic frameworks for 2026 technological and societal evolution
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive innovations across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-proof R&D investments with 3-5 year horizons
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global forums on future trends
- Establish cross-industry coalitions to shape ethical standards for emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong network within tech, academia, and policy communities
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
