Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI autonomy) and their societal implications
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports that influence organizational strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and disruptor innovators
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
