Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate adaptation) and forecast their impact on industries by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic initiatives
- Create quantitative/qualitative future-state models using advanced analytics tools
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 market disruptors
- Build and manage a network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership on future technologies or societal shifts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
