Responsibilities
- Develop and Deploy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks.
- System Architecture: Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to the design of scalable backend systems and microservices.
- Innovation Labs: Engage in hackathons and innovation labs to prototype new technologies and explore emerging trends in AI and Cloud Computing.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and agile methodologies.
- Technical Mentorship: Receive guidance from senior engineers while actively contributing to open-source projects and internal technical blogs.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Class of 2025/2026).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or Rust).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and optimize system performance.
- Agile Mindset: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a passion for iterative development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
