Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap tailored for the 2026 digital ecosystem, focusing on AI-driven search algorithms and semantic web structures.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee complex site architecture improvements, ensuring optimal crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals performance across all platforms.
- AI Integration: Partner with data scientists to integrate AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and predictive traffic analysis.
- Content Strategy: Mentor content creators to produce high-authority, E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) focused content that resonates with modern user intent.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics dashboards to track organic growth, ROI, and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the search marketplace.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving significant organic traffic growth.
- Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, Schema.org markup, and technical SEO auditing tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to adapt to emerging technologies, specifically experience with AI in SEO or content generation is a major plus.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring SEO teams or cross-functional project teams.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
