Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and roadmap development for the 2026 technology vision.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) for feasibility and integration.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define product roadmaps and business goals.
- Mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for future tech.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for long-term tech investments.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and tech summits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern development workflows.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
