Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-powered predictive analytics platforms
- Research and integrate emerging quantum-resistant cryptography protocols
- Collaborate with government agencies on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for real-time quantum data processing
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ user bases
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Certification in AWS Braket or IBM Quantum Experience
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
