- Secure $2M+ annual research grants from NSF and DARPA initiatives
- Patent 3+ quantum-AI methodologies annually with our IP legal team
- Mentor post-quantum cryptography specialists in emerging threat landscapes
- Publish in Nature Quantum and IEEE journals quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent industry breakthrough)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms for enterprise AI systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and NISQ hardware limitations
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Experience securing government grants for quantum-AI research
