Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Strategically plan and prioritize the product vision for the 2026 launch cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats in the competitive landscape.
- User-Centric Design: Champion the customer voice, conducting user interviews and usability testing to refine product features.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and KPIs to measure success and iterate on product strategies continuously.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership and external stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and strategically, with a specific focus on future trends and innovation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
