Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital product leadership with 3+ years in large-scale event or sports tech
- Proven expertise in building consumer-facing digital platforms serving 1M+ users
- Deep knowledge of AR/VR, AI integration, and real-time data visualization technologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across technology, design, and marketing domains
- Track record of delivering digital transformation projects with measurable ROI
