Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in renewable energy and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure blockchain systems
- Conduct scenario planning for climate adaptation technologies and carbon capture innovations
- Present strategic frameworks at Davos-style summits and White House tech councils
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants from NSF and DARPA for next-gen solutions
- Mentor PhD candidates in AI ethics and sustainable engineering programs
- Publish white papers on human-AI symbiosis in Nature and Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at top-tier tech firms (e.g., DeepMind, Tesla, NASA)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or climate tech
- Expertise in scenario planning tools like Delphi Method and Horizon Scanning
- Track record of securing $10M+ in government innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Security clearance preferred for defense-adjacent projects
- Proficiency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
