Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum-biological convergence technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing sustainable infrastructure blueprints for 2026+
- Identify and commercialize emerging tech opportunities with $50M+ market potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with frontier research institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough applications in climate resilience and neural interfaces
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our FutureWorks Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn tech
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred) with published research in Nature/Science
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience securing $20M+ in R&D funding or government innovation grants
- Certification in sustainable technology frameworks (e.g., B Corp, ESG compliance)
