This role sits at the intersection of foresight research, product development, and global policy advocacy, requiring you to decode signals from biotech, AI ethics, climate tech, and quantum computing.

Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Author foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients on future-of-work implications
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial products/policy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate modeling
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of future-focused projects/products
